A B&L Campus member writes in and asks…
Why do you use Google Voice as your business phone?
That’s a great question, and thanks for asking! Business and Learning’s team are primarily all virtual, which means we do not work all in the same office at the same location. Because of this, I need to be sure that our members and potential members are taken care of when they call. In order to do this effectively, Google Voice allows me to select where I want incoming calls to be routed to. For example, if I am on a mastermind call or group coaching call or conducting a training, I do not want to be interrupted by the phone; therefore I may reroute the calls to Tricia or Renee or someone else on our team. It is a very important that we take special care of all those who call us.
Does that mean that you phone is answered 24/7?
Well, no! It is extremely important that not only myself but also everyone on my team have balance in their lives. I do not expect anyone on my team to be at my beck-and-call 24/7 and neither should you. We are available by phone Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. EST to 4:00 p.m. EST. However, there are many ways to reach us without using the phone at all.

You see, we want to serve you in every way possible and that is why we have systems in place to make you our number one priority. So, connect with us and let’s grow together!
If you have a question, please let us know. We may just feature it on “You Wanna Know“!
That’s it for now. I’ll see YOU around the Campus!

You Wanna Know is a members ask-we answer segment. The title may not be grammatically correct, however that was our intention. We want to make it easy and laid back enough for YOU to feel comfortable in asking questions. We will never use your name (unless you want us to and then we will shamelessly promote you by linking your website to your name) and we will answer your questions honestly regardless of what is asked.
We are here to serve YOU in any way possible. So come on…ask away!
Disclaimer: We want to deeply apologize to Andrea (one of our incredible writers) for making her skin crawl by the name of our Q&A segment. Andrea is an awesome editor and copywriter, and when we pull stunts like this, it’s like nails on a chalkboard. We adore you Andrea!!
