The Business and Learning Campus has a new Team Leader and YOU get to meet him! Richard Butler has agreed to take over our Career Division.
According to the US Department of Health and Human Services, 74% of American workers experience stress-related illnesses.
According to the Los Angeles Times, heart attacks occur 33% more on Monday mornings.
According to Entrepreneur Magazine, work related injuries increase by 2.5% on Mondays.
The average length an American stays on their job is 3.2. That means over a lifetime we can expect to have 14-16 jobs.
It is necessary that we develop a clear understanding of who we are and what we want. No more looking in the Sunday classifieds for a job. There’s a new movement in job search.
Small businesses are adding more than 2 million jobs a year. The benefits for these positions have changed and may not come with all the luxuries of a company car, health/dental, retirement, however there are plenty of opportunities that will bring excitement and joy to your career.
Around the Campus, Richard will share:
* interviewing skills
* ways to update your resume
* using social networks to find your ideal job
* and so much more!
I’m really excited to have Richard on our Team and look forward to collaborating with him.
Richard Butler is a Career & Life Coach. He resides in Ireland and has a heart to serve others.
Plan to join us on Monday, October 18th at 6:00 p.m. EST, in the B&L Campus’ Conference Room.
