We are only accepting one representative per company, please feel free to email us before purchasing your spot to see if your company has a representative participating. We will post the participating representative's info on the schedule page.
As a sponsor it's up to whether you want to be present at the Expo. You can just come and participate in exhibitor, featured speaker or networking events OR you can have a time slot in order to present your company.
If you choose to participate by presenting your company in a 30 minute time slot:
You will need a microphone and speakers or a headset in order to participate in the Expo - the conference takes place in an audio based room with the ability for participants to text chat while you are on the mic presenting your company.
You can either use your website or a powerpoint presentation within the room. We usually ask participants to keep the chatting relevant to what is being presented in order to keep you on track while presenting, ensuring that your time slot is used to it's fullest.
There will be a mandatory training session the week before the expo so that you know how to operate the room. There will always be someone in there that knows what they are doing but the room is fairly easy to use and we expect you to know the basics. This helps to keep things moving during the expo where we have back to back presentations.
