Kelly McCausey |
Kelly McCausey, host of Work at Home Moms Talk Radio is a full-time WAHM. That is the fulfillment of a dream she didn't even know she had until a few years ago when she realized that her 'little internet' business had limitless potential.
"I started working at home in early 2002 to earn an extra $200 a month so that I could keep my darn electric turned on for once! After a couple of years I was earning far more than that and I was actually making some progress on old bills. For the first time I started to imagine what life would be like where I could pay the bills and enjoy some extras. Maybe even more!"
After digging out of a mountain of personal debt and replacing her full time income, Kelly gave final notice and walked away from the job in March of 2006. As a podcaster and business coach, she teaches other moms who want to accomplish the same.
WAHM Talk Radio reaches 1450+ listeners each week and has published over 220 episodes over the last four and a half years.

Jennifer Gniadecki |
Did you know it can be easy to find people that want to get to know you and your business better? What if I told you I could help you network with and connect with those people in a meaningful way? You can take the time and make the connections that will result in more clients and more referrals. Non-Toxic Networking isn't about making an elevator pitch and talking at everyone you come into contact with, it's not about handing out as many business cards as possible. It is a real, step-by-step approach to entering a networking event, finding someone to talk to, knowing what to say, and forging a bond that will make the other person want to do business with you!

Kristen Beireis |
Kristen is a life enthusiast. What does that mean? Well, it means she is enthusiastic about life! She creates her life every day by making choices that fit for her. She loves her work, her husband, her environment, the people she connects with every day etc...you get the picture.
Kristen has been a Music Teacher, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, and Professional Singer & Actress. She always seems to be in more than one job or career at a time.
LIFE/BUSINESS IT'S ALL ABOUT PLAYING
Kristen currently runs two businesses and she loves working in both of them...ah, if there were only time in the day for another 3! "The fun part is when I get a new idea and I get to set everything up to make that idea become reality."
Kristen believes in building her businesses around her life. She takes days off during the week and works some weekends in order to stay on her husband’s work schedule. After a few months of starting Virtual Helper 4 U (a Marketing Company for Coaches), she discovered that she couldn’t do the work alone AND have a life. So, about 5 months later, she hired her first Virtual Assistant (Wendy Cooper), who is now her main VA and VA Coordinator.
Last year, Kristen began the process of creating a large Virtual Team (she calls it a Virtual Empire). Some of them work with her clients and some complete tasks. It’s not an easy task to create a virtual team, but a necessary one if you want to grow your business, whether you are a VA or other online business owner. For Kristen, creating a Virtual Team is all about being clear about what your business does, the quality of service and/or product you want to provide, the skills your team needs to possess, and the type of relationship you want to have with them. It’s about organizing your business in a way that serves your personal and business values.
Kristen is currently working on getting her team organized and ready to go on their own. Her goal is to step back and focus on business management while she works on building her Coaching business (Amazing Steps Coaching).
