President
Kelli Claypool is the owner of Business and Learning. Additionally, she is an unconventional business coach, marketing diva, writer, author…but most importantly, she is a mom and wife. Kelli has been an entrepreneur for the better part of 20 years.
As an entrepreneur, Kelli surrounds herself with friends and colleagues who want to succeed in life, financially, spiritually, and physically. She encourages those around her to take their lives & businesses to the next level in achieving their goals. “There is nothing standing in your way to prosperity and abundance, but you!” says Kelli.
As a coach, she helps to position her clients in reaching new heights of success and financial independence. The “typical” business structure is constantly changing whereby doing business today is not like doing business 3, 5, 10, or 15 years ago. If you are not up-to-speed on technology, Internet marketing, networking, and such, your business will have a hard time surviving. Kelli is always eager to assist her clients, step-by-step, on how to take their business globally in order to achieve their dreams of victory and accomplishment.
As a mom and wife, Kelli enjoys every moment she shares with her family and brags about them often. Kelli says, “truly, I am blessed by a husband who supports me and stands behind all of my good and sometimes weird decisions. My kids are the greatest in the world. They are smart, caring, independent, and supportive kids. We enjoy life and live it to the fullest.”
In her “free” time, you can find Kelli surfing the Internet or hiking in the woods with her son and husband on their 30-acre farm in the beautiful Kentucky Mountains. Kelli has three children and a grand-dog.

Alex Gomes, the sixth of eight children, was born and raised in the Southeastern region of the San Francisco Bay. He is currently a sophomore at the University of Redlands in Southern California, with a major in Global Business, emphasizing in Spain, and a minor in accounting. Next Spring, he will be traveling to Madrid, Spain to study abroad for a semester. On campus, he participates in numerous clubs and organization, as well as works in a freshman residence hall as a residential assistant.
As a Community and Media Intern, Alex hopes to build upon his computer and online skills, learn new facets of the online community, and further understand the benefits and disadvantages of using online outlets as a business professional. He hopes to pick the brains of his experienced supervisors and utilize both the new knowledge and resources to his benefit by furthering his studies, helping him to graduate, and to make use of this knowledge after graduation.
As of now, Alex has not set his mind on a particularly career, but he is fascinated by the seemingly limitless possibilities of the World Wide Web. Upon graduation, Alex hopes to have discovered his ideal career path, as well as found a job where he can pursue that. He has also eliminated several possible career opportunities through trial and error: waiter, professional video game player, roofing contractor, and nanny. He has taken many great resources from his experiences in these fields, but does not believe any are his true calling. His goals are to make it through life with integrity and to have fun doing it.
Alex will be Interning with us through the Summer 2010.
