Please keep in mind that being an Exhibitor entitles you to present your products and/or services. Please feel free to be creative with how you do this - rather than just selling - feel free to pick a topic related to your product or service and speak on that. We all know that exhibitors and sponsors have products or services to sell so being creative and entertaining while providing information would be fantastic!

We are only accepting one representative per company, please feel free to email us before purchasing your spot to see if your company has a representative participating. We will post the participating representative's info on the schedule page.
You will need a microphone and speakers or a headset in order to participate in the Expo - the conference takes place in an audio based room with the ability for participants to text chat while you are on the mic presenting your company.
You can either use your website or a powerpoint presentation to showcase your products and/or company within the room. We usually ask participants to keep the chatting relevant to what is being presented in order to keep you on track while presenting, ensuring that your time slot is used to it's fullest.
There will be a mandatory training session a week or two before the expo so that you know how to operate the room. There will always be someone in there that knows what they are doing but the room is fairly easy to use and we expect you to know the basics. This helps to keep things moving during the expo where we have back to back presentations.
